This block is a modified Bear Paw pattern that I mapped out on graph paper. The "paws" have an extra claw.

I used Kona cotton scraps from my stash. I made this mini canvas for a friend of mine and delivered it to her in person this summer!

I quilted this with straight lines using the walking foot on my domestic machine.

After quilting, I attached it to a canvas, securing the edges on the back.
