I used Rosewood 10” precut squares by 3 Sisters for Moda Fabrics.

This quilt pattern is called Dashing Stars by Missouri Star Quilt Company.

Each unfinished star block is 24 1/2” square.

After putting the star blocks together, I “snowballed” each corner with a coordinating fabric. This will create a nice detailed pattern in the sashing.

I free-motioned quilted this with my longarm machine using a curved ruler to quilt an Orange Peel pattern in the star blocks.

I free-motioned quilted swirls in the sashing and border.

I finished the quilt with a traditional binding using my domestic machine.

The backing fabric is called Rosewood Rose Arbor from 3 Sisters for Moda Fabrics.
